WHEN WILL MY ITEMS BE SHIPPED?

We aim to get your order to you as soon as possible. It can take 1 to 3 business days to fulfill your order before dispatching it. Our orders are processed within 3 business days of receipt of payment.


The estimated delivery time is 10 business days; however, we aim to get your shipment to you before that. Once an order is placed, you can track your order sent to your email after we process and ship your order.

Sterling Method will not be held responsible for items shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the buyer. The buyer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees incurred to ship to the correct address.

HOW MANY PACKAGES WILL MY ITEMS BE SHIPPED IN?

We are proud to be part of the NoIssue Eco Friendly Alliance. Each individual item is sent in its own compostable mailer. If you have questions, please contact us.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER BEFORE IT SHIPS?

Orders may be canceled if they have not been processed and shipped. After they have been processed they may not be canceled.

 

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX). We do not accept personal checks, money orders, direct bank transfers, or cash on delivery.
